- Support communications, such as emails, messages, and feedback you send us.
3. Payments and Paddle
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a FoundChat plan, Paddle may collect and process payment details, billing information, tax information, invoices, transaction identifiers, fraud-prevention data, and subscription status.
We do not store full card numbers. Paddle's processing of payment-related personal data is governed by Paddle's own privacy and buyer terms, available at paddle.com/legal/privacy and paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve FoundChat.
- Train and operate your configured AI agents using content you provide.
- Process accounts, subscriptions, billing status, and support requests.
- Detect abuse, prevent fraud, debug errors, and protect users.
- Send service updates, product notices, and important account communications.
- Analyze usage and improve performance, onboarding, and product experience.
5. AI Processing
FoundChat may send prompts, conversation content, retrieved knowledge, and related context to AI model providers and infrastructure vendors to generate responses and operate your agents. We use these services to provide the product and apply reasonable controls to protect customer content.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, measure advertising, and improve product performance. 7. Sharing Information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that host, secure, monitor, or operate FoundChat.
- AI model and infrastructure providers used to generate responses.
- Paddle for checkout, billing, tax, subscription, refund, and payment support.
